4. Permitted Use & Prohibited Activities

When using the DK Nova website or digital services, you agree to:

6. UPI Chat & Financial Information Disclaimer

UPI Chat is an expense-tracking and record-keeping application. It is not a bank, payment service, financial institution, payment processor, or financial advisory service.

Information extracted from payment screenshots or other user-provided information may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or misinterpreted.

Users should verify important transaction details against their bank, UPI application, or other authoritative transaction records.

DK Nova does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of automatically extracted transaction information.

UPI Chat does not itself initiate, authorize, settle, or process UPI payments.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the DK Nova website and digital services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
